Job Description :
·        Handling inbound calls from US and resolving customer grievances.
·        Should have basic technical knowledge of ISP and troubleshooting of Internet connections.  

Desired Candidate Profile :
·        Excellent communication skill with good hold on grammar.
·        Good knowledge of computer.
·        Willingness to work in US shifts.
